Black people letter

Dear Carl,
I hope I could be there, in New York with you like before. I have to say I miss you a lot even though Mississippi it's a very interesting and beautiful place. This four years far away from home taught me many useful things and I got to know another lifestyle.
One of the things that shocked me the most was the way black people are mistreated by with people. Since I arrived I could not believe how much black people was being treated. I wanted to know what they feel so I interviewed two black servants. I don't know their names, but they told me many interesting stories. At first, they didn't trust me, but after taking some time I realised they were great people.
The stories they revealed were incredible. One of them told me her experience as a servant in a house where white people live. They paid her so that she cook, clean and take care of their children. They mistreated her a lot, and not only that, in addition, she had a separate bathroom from their employers. They believed that when black people use their bathroom they would get infected. It sounds like a joke, isn't it?
I want to know what do you think about this issue, I know that in New York is not like that but maybe in the future it could be. It would be great if you could some and visit black people here, it really changes your mind and views about black people.
I'm looking forward to your answer
All the best
